Naturally", has also done a cd titled: "The Emotional Components of Back Pain", and an instructional dvd titled: "Therapeutic Massage at Home, Learn to Rub People the Right Way". In Kathy's book: "The Alternative Medicine Cabinet" Kathy talks about varying topics like: General Modalities, Women's Issues, Lifestyle Issues: Living Well in a Stressful World, Medical Issues, and My Perspective covering everything from Supplements to Environmental Pollution & A Whole Body Herbal Tonic".
